Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions and over-the-counter medications. Advise customers on basic drug information and interactions. Manage pharmaceutical inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels. Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality of sensitive information. Process insurance claims and verify payments. Support pharmacy operations by managing workflow and prioritizing tasks efficiently. Proficiency in pharmaceutical software and understanding of drug management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal communication skills for customer interaction. Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology.
