Summary:
Assist the pharmacist in the preparation, repackaging, compounding, filling, and delivery of medications in a manner appropriate for patients of all ages (0-adult)
Responsibilities
include procurement, record-keeping, storage, and distribution of controlled substances. Ensure the appropriateness of medication doses by entering patient information accurately. Follow aseptic techniques and infection control standards in the preparation of sterile products, completing annual recertification with a minimum score of 90%. Maintain stock of medications and supplies, follow established procedures for stock replacement, and ensure proper labeling and expiration dating of medications. Required
