The Pharmacy Technician will assist with the dispensing of medications and the management of patient data, while also embracing our technology-driven approach to healthcare. Assist pharmacists in the preparation and distribution of prescription medications. Maintain accurate patient medication records and pharmacy files. Operate and manage technology systems that interface with pharmacy functions. Support inventory management to ensure medication stock levels are adequate and secure. Engage with patients over the phone or in-person, providing outstanding customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Process insurance claims and work with healthcare providers to solve discrepancies in prescription orders. Proficiency in pharmacy management software and electronic health record systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, team members, and other healthcare professionals. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a busy environment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
